Privacy Policy
Skyforge Visuals LLC ("Skyforge", "we", "us") operates Skyforge Deliver, a software-as-a-service platform that helps photographers and videographers deliver client galleries, sell digital media, and manage payments. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
By using Skyforge Deliver — whether as a paying photographer (a "Tenant Admin"), a member of a photographer's team ("Staff"), a customer of a photographer ("Customer"), or a visitor to a public gallery — you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and role (admin / staff / customer).
- Workspace information: business name, custom domain, branding (logo, banner, colors), watermark configuration.
- Payment information: for Tenant Admins, payment method details required to charge subscription fees. We do not store full card numbers — those are tokenized by Square (our subscription billing processor).
- Photo and video media: images, videos, and metadata uploaded by Tenant Admins or their staff to deliver to Customers.
- Communication preferences: notification settings, unsubscribe state.
1.2 Information collected via third-party sign-in
If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your email address, full name, and a stable identifier from those providers. We do not receive your password. What information those providers send us is governed by their own policies.
1.3 Information collected automatically
- Session and authentication cookies required to keep you signed in. These are first-party, HTTP-only cookies; we do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths, and response codes — used for security monitoring and debugging.
- Usage metrics: storage consumed, bandwidth used, number of shoots delivered. These power billing and the analytics each Tenant Admin sees about their own workspace.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate Skyforge Deliver (deliver galleries, process payments, send emails).
- To authenticate you and protect against account takeover.
- To bill Tenant Admins for their subscription and any usage overage.
- To allow Tenant Admins to bill their Customers for media purchases via Stripe Connect or Square.
- To send transactional email (purchase receipts, password resets, gallery expiry warnings).
- To debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, lawful requests).
3. Photo and video ownership
Photographers retain all rights, title, and interest in the photos and videos they upload to Skyforge Deliver. We do not claim ownership and we do not use Customer-uploaded media to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the service to that Tenant.
Customer-purchased media is delivered via short-lived signed URLs. Once purchased, ownership and licensing of the underlying photo or video is governed by whatever agreement you have with your photographer — Skyforge Deliver is the delivery channel, not a party to that agreement.
4. Who we share information with
- Cloud infrastructure providers: Google Cloud Platform (United States) hosts our application and stores uploaded media. Standard Google Cloud data protection terms apply.
- Payment processors: Square (subscription billing for Tenant Admins) and Stripe / Square (Customer purchases via Tenant Admins' connected accounts). Each processor handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery: a transactional email provider (currently Hostinger SMTP) sends emails on our behalf.
- Identity providers: Google and Apple, when you sign in with their accounts.
- Lawful requests: we may disclose information when required by valid legal process. We will challenge overbroad or invalid requests where reasonable.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@skyforgevisuals.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of information we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information; the "Do Not Sell" right does not apply.
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing is performance of the contract you entered into when you signed up, our legitimate interest in operating the service, and (for marketing email if applicable) your consent.
6. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations (typically up to 7 years for billing records).
Tenant Admins control the retention of their own uploaded media, including expiry windows on individual shoots. When a Tenant Admin deletes media, we remove it from active storage; backup copies may persist for up to 30 days as part of disaster-recovery snapshots.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (TLS) for all traffic, encryption at rest for stored media and database backups, strict access controls, audit logging of administrator actions, and regular dependency security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users and applicable regulators of any breach involving their personal information as required by law.
8. Children
Skyforge Deliver is intended for business use by professional photographers and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the local equivalent age of digital consent).
9. International transfers
Skyforge Deliver is operated in the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active accounts and posted prominently in the application at least 30 days before they take effect.
